Summer Shipments Alert

During the Summer months, it gets extremely hot in many cities we ship to. June-September, all orders will be shipped on Tuesday-Thursday only in an insulated package with ice pack.. All orders need to be shipped to an address where they will be picked up immediately. Do not leave your packages on your doorstep, inside a hot car or mailboxes. We assume no responsibility for melting issues and orders will not be replaced. If melting occurs, please refer to FAQ page for guidance. Store your Butta in a cool, dry place, and out of direct sunlight.
